fabric Originals: Chloé Robinson and DJ ADHD reunite for collaborative new EP 'Dream'

Pretty Weird founder, DJ, and producer Chloé Robinson once again teams up with creative partner and fellow club-sounds tour-de-force DJ ADHD for a collaborative new EP on fabric Originals. The pair’s percussive and driving new track ‘Get Me’ is out today; 4 minutes of rhythm, textures, flavours and vocals that bring us into no-frills dance floor bliss.

Individually and together, Chloé Robinson and DJ ADHD are becoming one of the most formidable and creative pairings in the electronic music circuit today. Adding to a string of successful releases and collaborations, they now announce a brand new EP set for release on fabric Originals. With previous releases and collaborations like Chloé’s production debut on the EP Steamin’, which included the Four Tet remix of ‘Pax’, and subsequent explosive tracks like the ‘Get In The Bin’ featuring Nikki Nair, the duo has made a considerable impact with their productions, seeing in rave reviews from publications like Resident Advisor, DJ Mag, and Mixmag. Now, the duo are back with a four-track EP that omits rhythm, textures, flavours and vocals that bring us straight back into no-frills dance floor bliss.

Dream EP promises a detailed collection of sounds that melds an enthralling blend of polyrhythmic techno, electro, UK garage, and more, cementing the artists as multi-skilled producers with an array of sonic strings to their bow. Three club-orientated heaters make up the ‘Dream EP’ project, including two further collaborative tracks and one solo track from DJ ADHD.

The collaborative track ‘Get Me’ is out now to offer up a flavour of the project. Detailed with percussive elements ‘Get Me’, traverses both repetitive and surprising aspects, catapulting us straight onto the dancefloor up first listen. The drums kick in early, with the track’s title brought immediately and sharply into the focus of the listener’s mind through vocals with a distinctly Mancunian twang, shouting out the two producers and guiding us through the rest of the 4-minute track’s grounding beats and rhythmic energy.
