Store Returns

We are sure that you will love the items you order from our website, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we have a relatively simple returns procedure.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send it back to us provided it is returned unused, in the original wrapping/packaging, and in a re-saleable condition within 10 days of the date you received the item.

On satisfactory return of the goods, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage or packaging charges.

For all returns we urge you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.
