Audio: Pinch - FABRICLIVE 61 30 Min Radio Mix

Earlier this week you might well have seen a new, 30 minute, almost teaser mix from Tectonic boss and the hands behind FABRICLIVE 61, Pinch, hit the internet. And whilst FABRICLIVE 61, is a powerful, streamlined and often near brutal mix that actually starts and ends with versions of the same track, Distal’s ‘Venom’, so it can be listened to on a constant loop if you so wished, this little promotional mix in question was initially recorded as a radio mix; but, with his tongue firmly pressed into his cheek, it’s something he’s calling it the ‘Oh No Not Another Dubstep DJ Playing House Music’ mix. In lieu of a comprehensive tracklisting for it he just told us “it's mostly quite new techno white labels”; and after a few listens it’s safe to conclude that the man is not lying. Catch Pinch launching his CD in the Tectonic takeover of Room Two on Friday 13th January alongside a foundation set from Loefah plus appearances from 2562, Peverelist, Om Unit and Pinch’s Deleted Scenes partner, Distance.
