We're Hiring: Join Our Welfare Team & Help Us Keep the Dancefloor Safe

As part of our continued commitment to creating a safer space at fabric, we're expanding our Welfare team.

This role is all about being present in the club and on the dancefloor — keeping an eye out, offering support, and helping everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests at one of the entrances early in the night
• Being a visible, approachable point of contact in the club and on the dancefloor
• Spotting anyone who might need help
• Keeping an eye out for concerning behaviour
• Working with the security team should something not look right

We’re looking for people who are genuinely committed to making fabric a safer and more welcoming space for everyone. The ideal person will be:

• Approachable and easy to talk to
• Reliable and punctual
• Observant, with a calm and supportive presence
• Confident in communicating with both guests and colleagues
• Passionate about nightlife culture and community care

Shifts run typically on Friday and Saturday nights from 10:30 PM to around 4 AM.
