Recorded Live from fabric 002 – Chloé Caillet

Our Recorded Live at fabric series continues with 002 – Chloé Caillet. Taken from her set with us in Room 1 on 12th February 2022 where she played alongside Gerd Janson, Jennifer Cardini and more.

Inspired by the dance music scene of Bristol (UK), and the nightlife of New York alike, Chloé’s sound leans into anything from the rhythmic and funky, to techno’s more melodic tendencies, to sounds that are retro inspired and sometimes even mischievous. 

One half of PVBLIC XCESS along with fellow DJ and producer Josh Ludlow, and co-founder of Xcess Records, as well as a formidable solo act and artist in her own right, Chloé has been shaking it up and keeping it busy in the electronic music world. As well as having incredible substance to her musical output, style is also crucial for Chloé both visually and sonically, and fashion is a core player in her creative identity. As high-end fashion brand Miu Miu’s go-to supplier of tunes, she’s become a name synonymous with soundtracking some of fashion's most elite parties.

On 12th February the venue was a little more underground. Room 1 played host to Chloé for a set wrapping up at just under 3 hours. Having now joined us on numerous occasions, both solo and alongside Josh, it felt only right to dig out one of her most memorable performances with us so you can all enjoy.
