We are teaming up with Resident Advisor to host a fundraiser event for organisations supporting those affected by the ongoing war in Ukraine. Taking place on March 23rd, the event is raising funds for the K41 Community Fund, Insight NGO and World Central Kitchen.
Taking place on Thursday, March 23rd, the lineup features a strong Ukrainian contingent, including Jana Woodstock, Ponura, Nastya Vogan (live), Diana Azzuz and RA city manager human margareeta. They will be joined by Daphni, Blawan, Randomer, GIDEÖN, Willow and Bok Bok.
A show of strength with the Ukrainian dance music community, the party aims to raise vital funds to support those affected by the war. All money raised will be distributed between three non-profits: the K41 Community Fund, Insight NGO and World Central Kitchen.
A project initiated by the team behind the beloved club of the same name, the K41 Community Fund provides financial, humanitarian and logistical support to Ukraine's cultural community.
Insight NGO has been providing legal, psychological and social assistance to the LGBTQI+ for over a decade. Since the Russian invasion, the charity has been raising money to help provide LGBTQI+ people with temporary housing, food, medicines and relocation to safer areas.
In the early months of the invasion, World Central Kitchen served millions of meals to Ukrainian families fleeing the conflict. The charity is now supporting frontline communities in eastern and southern Ukraine where the need for food is urgent.
