fabric's new Sunday daytime concept: Commune
Sentre
Michael Lane
Kenny Jones
Megan Leo
Curated by club regular Pattn, Commune offers a unique experience with interactive and immersive art exhibitions, with the aim to provide an alternative to the traditional Sunday clubbing and exhibition scenes.
We'll explore a diverse range of genres, starting with ambient, downtempo, and intelligent electronica, transitioning into world music, selector-style house, and melodic indie dance.
Strangely Isolated Place & LNOE favourites Sentre will open up proceedings, followed by chuggy choices from ME ME ME & Midnight People resident Megan Leo.
Kenny Jones, the visionary behind New York's Alegria collective, will then serve up tasteful house, funk, and soul selections, before resident of Berlin’s OXI, Michael Lane provides pulsating disco grooves and nostalgic 80s sparkle.
Our contributors, Artdott (the first web3.0 digital art streaming platform), Are You Mad, and We Are Mutual Friends, join us to create a memorable experience for fabric regulars and newcomers alike from the art and technology spheres.
The events will run from 4pm to 10pm on 1st October, 5th November, and 10th December.
