A decade of Swindling…. This September we’re very pleased to be hosting the London-leg of Dam Swindle’s 10 Year Celebrations.

Dutch duo Dam Swindle (formerly known as Detroit Swindle) of Lars Dales and Maarten Smeets have been treating the world to their club-ready grooves for over a decade now, with releases over the years on the likes of Heist Recordings, Dirt Crew, Murmur Records and Freerange Records, not to mention collaborative projects with artists like Blue Note Records’ Tom Misch, US talent Seven Davis Jr., instrumental collective Jungle by Night, and more. A beloved duo, with a believed sound. Reason enough for a celebration we reckon.

Joining the prolific pair will be Detroit and old school house star and NTS host Ash Lauryn. As founder of blog Underground and Black, the DJ, curator and journalist conscientiously advocates and fights for better representation of the Black community, Black women in particular, in dance music. Her sound encapsulates ‘good house music’; classic, fun and firmly rooted in influences from her birthplace and home respectively, Detroit and Atlanta.

Also set for this one is regular on Dam Swindle's very own label Heist Recordings, Marina Trench. The French producer and DJ is becoming one of the deep house underground's most intriguing and captivating musical talents, and it's a delight to her her join the billing for this 10 year celebration.
